This service (“BaatBox”) is operated by [Your Company Name], [registered address]. It provides a shared team inbox for WhatsApp Business conversations, built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta.

Conversation data: when you message one of our WhatsApp Business numbers, we receive and store your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and the content of the messages you exchange with us.

Team account data: for staff using the inbox — name, work email, and activity attribution (which team member sent which message).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use conversation content for advertising.

To respond to your enquiries, provide customer service, and — where you have opted in — send you updates via approved WhatsApp message templates. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out (reply STOP).

Data is stored in our own database. API credentials are encrypted at rest; access to conversations is restricted to authorized team members through role-based access control; all traffic is encrypted in transit.
